Coffee Morning: Improving Your Short-term Memory

T60 It happens to me almost every day. Sometimes, even four to five times. I'll be sitting here at my computer, reading an email when I think of something I need to do. Then, instantaneously, it's gone. Vanished. Probably to the same place where single socks go. I know we've talked about it before, but scientists have demonstrated that caffeine modulates short-term working memory.

So I've decided to really think about starting to drink coffee. It's not a for sure thing, but it's on my radar of things to think about. Wait, what was I just saying?

We'll be drinking coffee and stimulating our, um, short-term memories this Friday morning at JP Wine Bar. The beginning time is 7:30. See you there, if you remember.

fyi: magazines and coffee now has..... coffee & magazines. and a wide assortment at that. both coffee & magazines. and sunlight. lots, and lots of sunlight. kind of like a greenhouse. yet no plants.

I nominate You Say Tomato for the next gathering.

That's good to hear. I also recently heard coffee is full of anti-oxidants. So there's good reason why coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world...
