« A steaming pile of branded awesome. | Main| AC #66 Now Available. »
First of all, AC has been remiss. Here it is a week and a half after the Super Bowl and we have not weighed in yet. For shame, Tug and John, for shame. But listen -- JJ's been in a pitch and I'm making a TV campaign right now so, as we say, "When deadlines allow." But enough excuses and onto the opinion making.
There is no way that that Google spot wasn't the best. It had me grinning from ear-to-ear and my wife nearly in tears. When it ends up in crib, she nearly came unglued. The best part? There are more. Not all of them are *great*, but most are pretty good. And the idea is awesome. What a simple, perfect product demo.
Now, since the Bowl is over and the Olympics are in full, if slushy/bad ice/hockey blowouts/gold medal winning snowboardcrosser wearing jeans (!) swing, I'll be commenting on the Olympic spots I like and don't here in a couple days.
Until then, go U.S.A.!

Everything I need to know about advertising I learned from Star Wars
After the Superbowl the Winter games are a little disappointing if i'm honest - I can't imagine curling getting the million dollar adverts

Can't wait to see your opinions on the Olympic ads. Seen the P&G add yet? I think that one takes the cake as far as the 2010 games are concerned.
